The other escapes me;
The champion of fate!

Oh grim potentate,
Make no mistake,
Hell is at hand!

Mantras mouthed,
Thickening the breeze.
Ceased wings beating,
Black Death crest donned.

My face, like to a maw, mutated;
Bare gums/jagged jaws.
The muscles atrophied, veins tainted…

The flesh all about the fallen,
The awe, the claws, tongue lolling!

My skin adapts the pallour of ash;
Drawn withered and torn,
My eyes a violent, violet gash…

Wrathful monarch take shape!
Let sound the trump of vengeance!
All sinews, tight
Like fine-stretched drum-hide,
Pain! Prepare to uncoil.

A conjugal decision,
A cup of verity.
A bum-rush of deliverance,
The soul’s disparaging.

Raise the walls around us.
The battle’s already fought,
And those on the podium
Know the victor’s face.
And I, here alone regret,
Must waive my reticence
Before the darkness fades.

Not long now…




Disciples of war,
Biotic cyborgs,
Their champion they hail,
But will burden’s fate
`Round the combatants?

From the confines of the indecipherable dark,
Past all Helvete, Hades, Hölle,
I alone shall ascend to the tip
Of the butte of unparalleled dominance
And from the throne to smite the seeker.

Return to the abyss my fathers,
Offer us your lives
Before the hammer shall fall
Amongst thy sons and thy daughters;
They shall bow before mine.

Fraught in the dawn of impiety,
Wild in the face of defeat,
Reverberant profanities fly
As you try to crawl away.
Die! The fire in your cry
I wish to straight de-luminate.
The snap, crack,
The pop of your spine de-animates.
Thy corpse froze in time
Thy conscience , clutch
As the carrion close.
Beaten, you lie at my feet
As I right my gaze
I pay no heed to the desperate
Cries of th’enlightened
As I ascend into thy empire!
